I don’t know if you’re still active on this wiki, and I know that comment is 2 years old, but some user has violated the Rules and Regulations by being rude to another user just for a single spelling error.
Oh, and the user page font, along with that effect that happens when you hover over something on a user page is cool. You should probably teach me..... Then again, maybe FANDOM will teach me.(up-and-coming FANDOM staff)
Hello there, the awesome wordmark is actually made by one of the admin, Top-gem. Feel free to ask them for more information. As for the effects, I am guessing that you are referring to the glow effects when you hover over a link. You can refer to the code here,
You can play around with the transition seconds, colors and the shadow effects.
This code should be put under your MediaWiki:Common.css page in order for it to work. If you have any further questions feel free to leave a message here and I hope this helps!
Thanks for blocking me on Wikiality! Maybe you should do the same thing to the guy who's creating all those "Jihad" articles that aren't satirical or related to The Colbert Report, considering they have no place on a satirical wiki created for fans of The Colbert Report. Just a thought.
Would've contacted you on there, but, you know... I'm blocked.
I see, just to be clear that I do not have any additional rights on any wiki. The reason I reverted your edits is because that action is considered vandalism, that is why the VSTF blocked you. If you have any disagreement about the articles there, it is best you discussed with the admins on that wiki instead of removing contents of the article page. If you wish to get unblocked, then I suggest you contact staff through Special:Contact/general
The next stage of our Wiki Modernization project is to test the page and article headers, which you can read about here. We'll begin running this test on Thursday this week.
Like we said in the blog, here's what we'll be looking at in the test:
How do readers interact with the new headers? We'll look at the number of clicks on header links, as well as how many people use the new headers vs the old ones.
What do editors think of the new design? We'll gather feedback and interaction data from you, ask follow-up questions, and do our best to understand your needs. We want a design that works well for everyone.
We want help from you and your community in figuring out if we got it right or what potential areas for improvement might be. Feel free to comment on both the reader and editor side of the header designs. We especially want to know what you think as an editor. Please leave any feedback for me here on this thread.
You are also welcome to share this information with your community, that way they are aware of the changes that have been made.
Generally, a separate page of relationships or character history isn't needed as it is one of the main article information that should be kept together under one character page. However, character gallery like "Grizzly Bear/Gallery" may contain a very large number of images from different episodes. Keeping it separated from the main character article page will reduce the chances of lagging the page when it loads, thus that is why we keep gallery page on a separated page. Hope this helps. :)
